"Affiliate" means you, the individual or entity participating in the Program. "Company" or "Taption" means Taption. "Program" means the Taption Affiliate Program. "Services" means Taption's products and services.
a) Affiliates can earn up to 40% commission on the initial subscription payment for the first year. Recurring subscription payments are not eligible for commission. Specific commission details and eligibility criteria will be provided upon application approval.
b) All "Standard" minutes purchases will qualify for up to 50% commission for the first year. Specific commission details and eligibility criteria will be provided upon application approval.
c) Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Taption will monitor transactions to ensure compliance, and any violation will result in immediate revocation of commissions without prior notice.
d) There is no cap on the total amount of commission an affiliate can earn. Affiliates have unlimited earning potential based on their performance and referrals.
a) Referral tracking utilizes local storage technology.
b) Tracking is dependent on the user’s device and browser settings; Taption is not responsible if tracking data is blocked or cleared by the end user.
c) Local storage data maintains referral information during the tracking period.
a) Minimum payout threshold: $0 - $50, determined upon application approval.
b) Payment method: Bank transfer only, with transaction fees being the affiliate’s responsibility.
c) Payment schedule: Monthly, but may be sooner depending on volume.
d) Commission maturity: 30 days post-sale, but may be sooner depending on volume.
e) Any chargebacks or refunds will result in immediate revocation of the corresponding commission amount.
f) Taption reserves the right to audit and verify all transactions.
Affiliates are required to disclose to potential customers that they may earn a commission when promoting Taption’s Services to ensure compliance with transparency principles.

c) FTC disclosure compliance is mandatory.
d) Professional conduct standards apply.
a) Affiliates must clearly communicate any relationship with Taption when promoting the products.
b) Affiliates are permitted to use Taption trademarks, logos, and links on social media, but may not tag official Taption accounts unless permitted.
c) Affiliates must adhere to all applicable advertising, privacy, and data protection laws, particularly for online and email marketing.
a) Unauthorized trademark usage.
b) Deceptive advertising practices.
c) Self-referral or fraudulent activities.
d) Impersonation of Taption or misrepresentation of the relationship with the Company.
e) Unauthorized paid search advertising.
f) Violations of data privacy obligations when collecting or handling user data.
a) Independent contractor relationship.
b) No employment, partnership, or agency relationship created.
c) Affiliate is responsible for their own taxes and compliance.
a) Limited license to use approved materials.
b) No ownership rights are transferred.
c) Strict compliance with brand guidelines is required.
d) Taption reserves the right to use any promotional content created by affiliates for marketing purposes.
a) Two-year post-termination obligation.

c) Survival clause applies post-termination.
a) 30-day written notice for standard termination.
b) Taption reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if any terms of service are violated.
c) Commission payment obligations survive termination, except in cases of violation.
d) Affiliates may not continue using Taption’s branding or affiliate links after termination.
e) Taption may retroactively void commissions if the affiliate is found in violation of these terms.

Affiliates are required to comply with all relevant data privacy laws, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable international standards when collecting or handling customer data.

b) Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
c) Taption reserves the right to make immediate modifications for regulatory compliance or urgent business needs, with notice provided as soon as possible afterward.
d) Affiliates may terminate participation if changes are unacceptable.
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Taption harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program or breach of these terms, including misrepresentations, negligence, or unlawful actions.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
By electronically signing up and participating in the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions herein.
